I agree with Pole, Apmex probably will be the best place to order.

I got my bars from them about 15 month ago, the service is super.
You also can try to buy from Ebay, but usually the best pricing you will get directly from Apmex.
Small tip: buy brand name bar, it is much easier to sell brand bar

You can buy gold bullion bars online from gold bullion purchase gold bullion dealers. You will find sites that offer helpful tools in finding local and international dealers of bullion bars. Put "gold bullion bars" in the research tab and it will show you different sites and dealers of gold bullion.

You might want to check APMEX. They are one of the nation’s largest and most active precious metal dealers.

My dad bought coins years ago.
He regrets it dearly.
It seems you pay a lot for the design - and then you have to find someone that wants that same design.
less than half the cost is the pure gold.

Every capital city should have a treasury office to buy the bullion at.
(I don’t know what they are called or the cost for one entire bullion).
They also let you buy coins - with no markup.
